My favorite

I have literally every single casino app for the state of NJ and BetRivers is probably my favorite. The promos and bonus deals could be better, I won’t lie. But as far as the games go.. they have all the ones I personally like playing. Usually these apps will have one or two but never all of them. BR has all of them AND the “hot games” to show you which games are paying out the most each hour (though that’s still 50/50 on wether you’ll be one of the winners or not, again - just to be honest.) But with that list and having all of my favorite games in one spot, even without the promos and bonus deals other apps have.. I still only bother to play here.

They are unprofessional

I have been playing BetRivers Casino for many years never had a problem with it. When it’s time to upload money, it’s quick and easy, same with withdrawals. The other day I was playing the casino on a game on the cash. When the casino game froze during the spin, which was allowing me to win the mini the minor and the major. Normally, when you log back in, it would give you the prior spin once the game is frozen that did not happen this time. Luckily, I took a picture of the screen. right after that, they locked my account for review. Customer service said that one of my casino games was incomplete and under review so they had to lock my account which will take 48 hours to for them to review. I had $100 balance in my account. I received 3 emails five days after. First one stating that my hundred dollars that was on my casino credit was sent back to my bank account. And the second to last said my account is now closed. I will not be opened to find out why my account was closed, they deemed necessary to close my account and that’s only because they knew that I had one on that’s been over $4000 because they froze and started trying to help me even though I’m showing them they went ahead and close my account and support is extremely rude when I message them to find out why that was closed. They said they do not have to give me a reason.

Long time patron treated like garbage.

So the stand out feature of Bet Rivers Casino App is definitely the player chat function. The interaction with other players was great. But they fail miserably at being appreciative of their patrons. I’ve had quite a few issues with comm chat bonus bingo freezing after waiting all day to play it and missing out on a chance to actually win some bonus money only to be told all we can do for you is give you a bingo token with a 1 in 200 chance of winning 5$. They never have promotions that give you free spins on any slots and their point system is tragically flawed with a decay model that makes it nearly impossible the achieve or maintain any type of status of VIP. Regardless of if you’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. So I’d avoid this app and go spend your money somewhere that will reward your loyalty. Like Draft Kings or MGM they have much better reward systems and don’t knock your points down daily and treat you like they’re doing you a favor by letting you play on their app.
