Stuck in a repetitive cycle

The app loops a lot, which prevents you from submitting issues. I generally works, but there are bugs/issues that seem to go unnoticed like the app looping - asking the same questions over and over and submitting.

It's doesn't do everything that I expect from an app but its a start and there is a long way to go. Add property info, tax info, option for public meeting alerts, location based alerts for FDOT, MDX, PWD, MPO, etc., trash pickup days , request for bulk pickups, water bills and payment option, permit status, permit inspection request item, traffic citation viewing and payment, service related complaint and complaint status....just make it useful.

I can see all requests submitted, closed, cancelled. If images were uploaded. How did this get approved. I can't even submit a bulky pick up request, it keeps crashing, returns BULKAPPT app no available.

Spend your time documenting infractions just for a subpar app to constantly give you errors saying to “check your connection and try to send again” nonsense.
