For sometime my wife and I had he opportunity to view the very successful relationship her family had with the Edward Jones business in Nacogdoches, Texas. Over the years, we watched as the firm took care of the investments and assets entrusted to them by my widowed mother-in-law. They were an invaluable and attentive part of her financial security. In time, the owner of the business passed away. His son, Greg Nichols, took over the business. Great service continued. When my wife and I sought an investment firm to advise us and manage our retirement funds, we didn’t even consider another firm. Although we live in South Carolina and Greg’s business is in Texas, we moved everything to him and have never considered another investment service. Greg is knowledgeable, ethical, and available. He has worked with us through the twists and turns of the markets. He is attentive to our needs and wishes. We are now retired and very comfortable. I recommend Greg Nichols and Edward Jones to anyone looking for reliable financial planning and fund management.

Edward Jones is by far the best financial planning firm that my husband and I have ever been associated with for all our financial needs. Even though our son is our financial advisor, we have been so impressed with how he has handled our financial affairs. He always keeps us informed about our stocks, mutual funds, and everything that we need to do to prepare ourselves for retirement this year. If all of your financial advisors are as good as our son, then you have a top notch financial institution. Brandon DuBose has proven himself to be the perfect financial advisor for our family. We have earned much money through Brandon’s expertise with our investments. If we can trust our son with all of our money then everyone should trust Edward Jones too with their money! I agree with most of these reviews. It’s so nice to use the secure messaging as a way to communicate with my rep async. There’s some to be desired in looking at what my money is doing, but whatever. The thing that I really wish they’d fix is the External account connections. My account has somehow gotten into a state, where I have multiples of the same account, just that one is “connected” and one is eternally “disconnected” and neither can be deleted. It just says “We are processing your request. It may take a few moments for your account information to be updated.” and then never does anything. Also, these doubled up accounts contribute to my network, so that stat is worthless.To be clear, this isn’t the fact that on tools like this it is normal to have to re-auth the connection. It is that I keep getting accounts in a state where their connection to my account is somehow orphaned from EJ’s ability to delete it and I’m stuck with a net worth that includes the value of my checking account a year ago and the value of it today

Our financial advisor , Robert Richardson in the Manlius New York office at Edward Jones is such a professional . He is incredibly attentive, detailed and explains thing extremely well . We have worked with a number of advisors over the years and it is difficult to find these qualities plus his ability to listen and have genuine concern and compassion. His knowledge, educational background and experience in financial planning have proven invaluable to my wife and I . He’s a straight shooter that has really helped us build our plan successfully! He was extremely helpful to my parents when they were still with us so we decided to make a change based on his great guidance and help to them over the years.
