I love the new updates and how everything is right at my fingertips. The Face recognition I love. I use this app a lot so the Face ID feature saves so much time for me. Great App I love it. *2025 UPDATE* I’m STILL loving this app! There’s only one branch nearest to me and that’s 35-45 min away. This app makes everything so much easier and the only time I need to go to the bank is if I really need to which is rarely. I do everything from transferring, cashing checks, paying bills, etc. It’s so easy and if I don’t understand something customer service is always available. I love it.

The app is very easy and convenient. I’ve noticed great improvements on the picture taking of a check to deposit. E Statements used to be impossible to find. So glad you took away the part where we had to put the dates in! That did not work. Cons- bill pay is still tricky for new users. Took my a long time to see those 3 little dots to press to actually get to bill pay. (When you’re on the bill pay site, it looks like you can make a payment there, when you actually have to press the 3 dots to get there. ) Also I had to call to figure out how to make a payment on my visa. I forgot that OE refers to it as a loan.

I have used the app now for just over a year now. The only thing that I’d like is if I could make a deposit to my other bank account that I’ve had before having a joint account with my partner. I can do so over the phone. I’d like to make deposits or withdrawals from one checking account to the other account. I like being able to transfer funds into my savings and other accounts from my checking account.
