App sends later time stamp for pickup
Love Buona and their food, but ordering from this app gives me all sorts of problems. It never remembers my card and then when I finally get to order, I see that on all my receipts it gives a time stamp that is near 15 mins after the actual time I ordered. Therefore when I get to the restaurant they are only just receiving my order and having to make it all yet. Seems like it could be an easy fix, but not one that’s been made yet.
The app is a waste of time
You can’t customize your order period. If you add or subtract an ingredient to your order, the app sends an obnoxious error message. The last time I ordered something I couldn’t customize anything. I had to order the item as is and was disappointed as I wanted additional ingredients and was willing to pay the difference but I guess they don’t want the additional business. I was going to try to order there tonight on my way to work but it’s pointless as I can’t customize my order and I don’t have time for the drive through. But what do they care anyways? Don’t bother downloading the app. It’ll save you time to just go through the drive through.
Love the food. Hate the app.
There are about 8 issues with the app that are obvious when trying to order online. The map doesn’t show location details on the pin, picking a location does not zoom to that location on the map. Popup windows appear over buttons you need to tap and prevent you from tapping. You can’t set an item’s count to zero in the cart. You have to clear the entire cart. There is no navigation hits on how to checkout (you have to tap the tiny “Subtotal” label in the lower right). It doesn’t remember what location you’re ordering from. There no quick way to get to the cart. I could go on and on...
