I have been using the P4P chest app for two months now, and I am so satisfied with my progress. I am so glad I didn't buy Fitbod App because this app is so much better. I am more motivated to workout with P4P chest.

Do not download this app. You will be automatically charged over $100 after the one-week trial - which is NOT made clear when you download the app. I’m well familiar with how subscriptions work in iTunes, but the $100 charge is communicated upfront. It’s impossible to reach the support team to request a refund.

Don’t you ever try the trial option. They are thefts. It seems that you can have one week trial and then you’ll be charged for one year. But in reality once you click the one week trial, you’ll be immediately charged $96 and yet the period just began!The worst experience ever.
