Going to a brand new place is always scary, when you are used to hospitals near you.Honestly from the second my daughter and I walked in until the procedure was over we were treated with the most up most respect. They not only respectful but kind, sweet, gentle, funny, and caring. Going into a hospital no matter what isn't pleasant, but this staff made it pleasant and comfortable. When I came out of surgery and the pain was excruciating to say the least, the nurses went out of their way to make sure that pain was GONE!!!... The question how bad is the pain number 1 to 10 it was a 20, but again they went out of their way to make it a -1. The whole experience there was fantastic they even told my daughter were to go to have breakfast which was across the street from the hospital. I want to say THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF who made my procedure and experience so wonderful, comfortable and just fantastic. It really almost didn't feel like a hospital with my own room and staff to look after me and help me. If there were more then five stars to give them I would of gave them 100 out of 100. Once again THANK YOU ALL

I recently started using the UH app, and I must say, it's been a game-changer for me. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. One feature that stands out is the real-time patient information, which keeps me updated and informed about my health status promptly.What truly impressed me is how easily accessible my entire medical history is within the app. Everything I need is just a tap away. Whether it's past appointments, test results, or medication details, it's all there, organized and readily available.Overall, the UH app has simplified my healthcare experience and put me in control of my health like never before. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, efficiency, and peace of mind in managing their medical information.

The app is terrible. It sends me notices to make appointments for services and providers that I already made or have already gone to. Some of the messages disappear after reading them and you can’t go back to review them. If they are there somewhere, the app is too difficult to navigate to find them. My wife was sent a notice to get a liver bile duct biopsy. She was having breast cancer surgery and she had to argue with the doctors office that she didn’t need it. The doctor said “ you don’t need that”. Then why is it in my chart? It is the worst app. The only thing worse is that UH is cashless. During breast surgery my wife got prescription pain pills and we were required to pay for them by credit card at the time of surgery. It was 42 cents! 42 cents on my credit card! I had 42 cents in cash but they would not take it. So stupid. Whoever is making these app and payment decisions doesn’t actually use them or they would use some common sense when implementing. Now the app wants me to put in a nickname and anything I put in is already taken no matter what ridiculous word I put in! Screw this!

This app does not accurately send the correct amount of your medical bills and if you are not aware of this you are paying double triple times on one visit you may have either already paid or should only be paying one time. Their excuse is they have app issues and are working at fixing this this has been months you are a million dollar health operation and you can’t hire an app specialist to fix this one glitch? Why because they have no problem taking your money you don’t actually owe them. I pay in person and this app still bills me for what I have already paid and so it is impossible to pay for what I do owe without double paying ! FiX this problem or get a new app company to run this correctly for you this should not take months and months and months to fix! How many clients have you guys robbed money they don’t owe because they don’t know you are having this problem!?!?!?!? THIS IS DISHONEST And ROBBING PEOPLE! I will share this with the local news so everyone knows how much money UH is pocketing from this problem!
