I found Jillian on Instagram after I through my lower back out and couldn’t continue with the regular workouts I was doing. I knew I needed to find something that was going to help me heal my back and be able to prevent it from happening again! I can say it was the best decision when I downloaded this app and started implementing Pilates into my life! My back no longer hurts and I feel stronger then I ever have!! Not only are her workouts amazing but she is super great about guiding you through form which is so important!! The app is easy to use and she provides so many options and continues to add to the library!!

I absolutely love this app. The content that Jillian offers is so great in regard to fitness level (I.e. beginner, intermediate, or advance level of Pilates), as well as modifications for moves. She is uplifting and encouraging even in her on demand videos. I also love how she has a library of videos that are separated into different areas, especially the videos that are for when you’re short on time but just want to get some movement in. I was so overwhelmed with where to start in a Pilates practice, this app has completely taken away the overwhelm and uncertainty. I am so grateful I found this app and Jillian.

Love this app, I can select classes by date, instructor or type live or on demand. Upon accessing the app it shows my upcoming reservations I previously reserved. I can add each class reservation to my calendar and or share with friends by the click of a button. I can join each class through the app or by the reminder email sent on the day of the class. If my schedule changes I can cancel a class then later take a class on demand through the app.

Has helped my back aches

Having had back surgery and even though I go to the gym for weights/cardio this app has helped me tremendously. I can grab about 25 minutes from an on demand class and feel so much better the next day. Thank you Jillian for the chair and gentle classes.
