Improvement needed!

The app is really frustrating to use when trying to book classes. Every time I open it, it only shows classes for a single location, even though I usually choose between several gyms that are all within the same distance for me. To see more than one, I have to go into the filter menu, manually select locations again, and I can only pick up to six — but I actually use eight.The location list itself is also poorly organized. It’s not separated by state, so I have to scroll through a giant, random list of gyms from all over the country just to find the Denver ones. After I finally select them, there’s no way to save my filter. The next time I open the app, it resets back to just one location and I have to repeat the whole process.Overall, the app really needs:1.Saved filter preferences.2.The ability to select more than six locations.3.A cleaner location list, ideally organized by state or region.Until then, the experience feels way harder than it should be.

We're sorry to hear that you are frustrated, but there is some GOOD NEWS! You can "favorite" locations. Tap the club name on the home screen to display the list of locations. Tap the "heart" to the left of the clubs you visit. These clubs will display at the top of the Class Filters list.We are working on saving filters. Please stay tuned for updates, and thank you for the feedback.

I guess I’m lucky to not experience any problems or glitches so far. I got the new app when I first signed up before previous members were asked to switch. I’m able to sign up for classes and reserve hydromassage and zero gravity without a problem. I like the new feature that makes your attendance to a class like a full green ticket. It’s really visible to show instructor from across the room. The Birdcage location is amazing! The staff greeting at the front early in the morning are super friendly and welcoming. The instructors push me past my limits which I appreciate, especially Marcy! I’m so happy with my membership so far.

Reservation issues

What is the point of booking a reservation if they’re just going to go by first come first serve ? Booked a reservation right as it opened but got to the door a minute or so early and was informed that someone had took my spot like huh? What’s the point of reserving on the app if they’re going to let people who didn’t reserve in before the class even starts? My reservations getting cancelled before the class even starts has happened more than once as well… idk if it’s the instructors canceling or the app itself doing this but it’s pretty frustrating and a bit unfair for those fitting it into their schedule

I had my membership canceled unfairly just because I did not understand how to use the Chuze app, by an employee named IVONNE CORTEZ.My wife and I simply did not know how to use the app to enter the gym, even though I have been paying for the highest membership tier, which also allows me to bring a guest. When I asked her for help, she responded with hostility and disrespect, speaking English extremely fast as if on purpose to make sure I would not understand. When I told her I did not understand, she arrogantly declared: “I will cancel your membership.”An employee with such rude, unprofessional, and condescending behavior — who blatantly humiliates paying members — is absolutely unfit to be a manager, and one must even question whether she deserves to remain employed at Chuze at all.
