I was able to see my usage / cost daily on a chart, after the update you can no longer see it daily. It seems like the company no longer wants you to know your exact usage so they can charge the double rate if you don’t hit your kwh usage under your contract. This update is terrible (Nov/2025) I was happy with this company until this update. I will no longer recommend them and will be looking at other companies now. If app returns to the old version I’m happy to edit my review!!

The new website and app are very disappointing. I used to be able to see my daily usage, but I can only see monthly use now. My contract requires that I use a minimum # kWh per month. This change makes it MUCH more difficult to see what day the current billing cycle ends and how much I’ve used so far. Guess I’ll have to waste time calling the company every month instead of just looking it up myself??

I have been hanging with 4Change Energy for a long time. Their previous app was OK, but had issues. Mainly that you would not get updates on the daily usage until two days after, and if trying to assess consumption during the weekend, then it could be four or five days late. Their updated app went two steps back. Now, you cannot track down daily or yearly usage.

I type my email correctly, and then my password and then confirm the password with all letters and numbers like it asks when I clearly have double the amount of what it asks and also just to be sure it’s not my mistake I turn off the hide my password option to check and there is nothing out of place. THE APP IS USELESS UNLESS THIS IS FIXED.
