There is more positivity in here than the rest of the internet combined. Improving your health is not something you want to try to do on your own. Learn from others. Share your findings. It is the hardest and also the most rewarding journey. Change your very existence and not just for yourself but for those around you too.

I was an avid user for 6 months. The app is great, but when my session expired, I was logged out. I tried to log back in and it just froze. For a few days, every time I open the app, it went to the new user registration screen with no obvious way to return to a login screen. But in the third day, I was back on the login screen and successfully got back in. This has been the only problem I have experienced in an otherwise awesome app. The community is amazingly positive and supportive, which makes this one of the highlights of my morning routine. Just after I check in, my WHOOP and Apple Watch data are added to my progress. In the evening I check back to make sure I have met my steps, and active calorie goal. The leaderboard encourages me to stay consistent, and meet my goals every day. Bryan Johnson posts a lot of great insights and findings here.

This isn’t the thoughtful “Don’t Die” experience people expect from Bryan Johnson. It’s basically a one-person operation with little depth. Posts feel shallow, and when I defended myself against a troll I was instantly banned with no explanation, no warning, no message — just a screen saying “you’re banned, contact support.”The moderation is hypersensitive and heavy-handed. Instead of fostering discussion, it silences people and creates an echo chamber full of overseas profiles and little real substance. If the developer had simply given a reason or a DM, it would have been different.If you’re looking for genuine conversation about health and resilience, this app is a waste of time.

This app helps me follow through on completing my longevity protocols each and every day. I also enjoy interacting with like-minded people in our Don’t Die community. I have shed my tough guy attitude since downloading this app. My new focus on longevity has definitely elevated my efforts to sustain my own good health and well-being.
