My Active Health is a really helpful and easy-to-use app. It lets you track your health and activity, check your health records, and communicate with your healthcare provider all in one place. The simple design and useful reminders make it easier to stay on top of your wellbeing every day.One improvement that would be great is having a full monthly calendar view for 1-to-1 coaching sessions. Currently, seeing availability for only a few days can be frustrating, especially when it shows no appointments available. A monthly view with clear indicators—such as green for available and grey for fully booked or unavailable—would make it much easier to plan and select sessions.

Most Frustrating App!

This app is one of the most frustrating I have ever used. It is so difficult to load data or sync data. I have my Apple Watch on daily to keep track of steps/miles. Most of the time I have to exit the app and go into the Health app on my phone, click on my steps or exercises or sleep, in order to initiate it. Then I have to go back to the ActiveHealth app to try and sync the data. No matter how many times I tap on sync data, you have no idea if the data did sync or not. Then you try to go into the Challenge only to find the data still did not sync. I’m still trying to find out if you get any kind of prizes for the points you earn. No info. I guess you just celebrate getting the little hearts. This is the worse health app I’ve ever used. I don’t need to contact support or email support for help. Quite simply- FIX YOUR APP! The problem is not a user issue. The app has its flaws and needs to be fixed. That is the real problem. Developers need to fix the problem. It’s that simple. I am most likely going to just delete it and continue to track my activity through another app.

I Wanted to use it

This app is not ready for prime time or something. I wanted to use it. I saw the bad reviews thinking, it must be better now, people have told them the issues. When I tried to register, I got as far as completing my full name (first step), then I got kicked out when putting in my DOB. I tried again, same result. So I clicked supprt in the app. I wrote a complete explanation of the issue, then the support page wouldn’t allow for my full phone number and I got an error message and couldn’t submit. Super frustratiing. I tried to go to the “Support” here where we get the app and all that was is a page that tells me who owns the app basically. So now, rather than get the support I need (which really, after the first step I need it???), I have to complain about it. Not what I wanted to do this morning with my time. BTW, 2 stars is because I have a difficult time giving only 1 star.

Nothing against the app, what I don’t like is that I have a doctor I can see in person, but my insurance wants me to use a web provider or they won’t cover the medication my doctor prescribed. So I download the app and deal with the new people who tell me that I have to use a third party company that has its own app they will check in with their app and then they will let my insurance company know that I have been spending enough time on their apps trying to find “engagements” that qualify to keep me approved 3 levels below the insurance I selected. So now instead of getting exercise I spend time with my face in my phone and my stress level up because I need 8 green bubbles or my $49 prescription is now $489. All so I download 2 more apps, and “it would be easier” if I “had” a wearable so that location service could be turned on and the app could track things for people that I don’t want to be involved with in the first place. I have a problem, I saw a doctor, and I was too young to have that problem and my old insurance would not cover the testing because I was too young. I got a better doctor that fought for me. I got new insurance that listened to me and my doctor, was honest and I paid more for some things and less for a lot. But they are no longer offered. I have new insurance again and now they have a partner who has a partner, and if I’m not in all of their apps enough I can’t get the same care that I would get if I spend my time hanging out on their apps just reviewing unrelated information and wasting my time. So not the app that needs review, the system that made me need 3 apps to provide more personal information unrelated to what I need multiple someone’s approvals for to get the care and medication to hopefully outlive my mothers, grandfathers, and many great uncles who left behind young kids at early ages because “too young” to have that problem, and can’t just trust the doctor who sees me 4 times a year, I need to be in everyone app and wearing a tracker so I can “earn” green bubbles to make the thing that might keep me alive to see my kids drive, graduate, and surpass my wishes for them.
We’ve made improvements to deliver a smoother, more reliable experience with cleaner device connections, resolved issues across rewards, Marketplace, and Health Actions, and improved overall performance and navigation.
