When a seller runs an actual drop (a scheduled release with an open and a close), you’ll see a countdown and how much is left, and you can join the waitlist if it sells out before you get there. • Sellers: Coop+ and Coop Pro — Two new subscriptions for sellers who want more from their shop. Coop+ ($6.99/mo or $59/yr) adds recipes and label printing, collections to arrange your storefront your way, quick-add for several listings at once, saved replies in chat, and restock announcements. Coop Pro ($19/mo) adds everything in Coop+, plus scheduled drops, a featured spot, and in-person checkout codes. Manage your plan — upgrade, switch, or cancel — right in the app. Nothing changes for buyers — no plan, no upsell, ever. • Sellers: A featured spot in the feed — One of your listings takes a clearly-labelled spot near the top of the Home feed and on shelf rails nearby. It rotates fairly between Pro sellers, only ever shows listings already in that buyer’s results, and never pushes the top organic listing out of first place. • Sellers: Schedule a drop — Set when orders open and close, watch it sell through in real time, work from a prep list, and hand out orders against pickup tickets. Buyers who miss it can join the waitlist for next time. • Sellers: Recipes and printable labels — Save a recipe once — ingredients, sub-ingredients, allergens — and print a label for it any time, with the cottage-food disclosure your state actually requires already on it. • Sellers: Tell everyone who’s waiting — Restocked something? Announce it in one tap and we’ll notify everyone who saved that listing. • Sellers: Scan to pay in person — Take payment at the farmers market, your farm stand, or the farm gate — without a card reader. Put the code on your table; a neighbour scans it, pays on their own phone, and walks off with it. No app and no Coop account needed on their end. (This is your checkout code — different from the flyer, which advertises your shop.) Plus bug fixes and small improvements.

Sell it your way • Sellers: Take orders on your own schedule — Bake on Thursdays, hand off on Fridays? Set a weekly pickup rhythm and let neighbors reserve during your order window. Their card is saved when they reserve and charged when the window closes — so you know exactly how much to make before you start. Needs card payouts turned on. • Sizes, flavors, and buy-more deals — Listings can now offer more than one option — a pint or a quart, three flavors of jam — each with its own price and stock. Sellers can also set a buy-more discount, so “3 for $15” shows right on the listing. • Sellers: Set order minimums and maximums — Only bake in batches of six, or don’t want one buyer scooping your whole stock? Set a minimum and maximum quantity right on your listing — buyers see the limit before they can order too few or too many. • Sellers: Ingredients and allergens — Add an ingredient list and tag common allergens so buyers with allergies can shop your stand with confidence. Home-kitchen sellers can add a cottage-food label too. • Cancel or decline — not just "expired" — An order that doesn’t go through now says why. Buyers can cancel a pending order themselves, and sellers can mark one "Can’t fulfill" with a reason — instead of everything landing in a vague "expired" bucket. Sellers: photo uploads fixed — regular iPhone photos now upload without the "too large" error. Finishing payment setup returns you to the app, the received-orders info button works, and address changes move your map pin right away. Buyers: clearer pickup details from private sellers (exact spot arrives in your order chat) and chat reliability fixes.

Sellers: add a dedicated storefront banner photo and drag to reposition it; sellers with card payouts can go card-only (turn off cash at pickup). Buyers: swipe through product photos and tap to zoom full-screen. Message links from email now open the right chat. Plus checkout reliability, search-distance fixes, order details, and the seller agreement screen.

Cash deals, made simple • Order made-to-order, pay cash at pickup — Made-to-order items from sellers who take cash are now yours to request right in the app — tap Request, and pay in person at pickup. No card required to order the things worth the wait. • Sellers: Your cash sales, on the books — A new Sales record in your Seller Orders header shows your cash income at a glance — this month’s total, a by-month breakdown, and your all-time take across every fee-free cash sale. The receipts for your own bookkeeping. Plus bug fixes and small improvements.

Chat closes the deal • Shop right inside the chat — Share a listing into any conversation with the new “+” button, add it to your cart from the card, and check out without ever leaving the thread. The products you’re talking about stay pinned in Chat Info so nobody loses track of the deal. • Reviews from real orders — After a completed order you can rate your seller and say thanks. Only real buyers can review — every star comes from an actual pickup — and sellers can reply. Look for ratings on seller pages and listings. • Sellers: Send an order from the thread — Worked out a deal in chat? Tap “+” → Create order to send the buyer an order request — they confirm with one tap and it lands in your orders, on the books. • Photos, “Seen,” and quieter emails — Send photos in chat, see when your message has been read, and stop getting emailed about conversations you’re already looking at. Every stand, open for business • Pay cash at pickup — You can now order from any seller — add to cart, tap “Pay at pickup,” and settle up in cash when you meet. No card needed, no fees. Card checkout is still there for sellers who take it. • Sellers: Cash orders, on the books — Buyers can order from your stand and pay cash at handoff. Confirm the request, tap “Confirm cash received” at pickup, and your redesigned Seller Orders queue keeps the record — sorted by what needs you next. • Put Coop on the corkboard — Print a letter-size flyer for the coffee shop, the market, the break room. Its QR code carries your invite link, so the neighbors it brings in count as yours — and sellers get a version for their own stand. • Keep the marketplace honest — Coop is for goods made and grown by your neighbors. Coop grows one neighbor at a time — and now the app helps: - Trade & barter — sellers can say they're open to swapping ("looking for: eggs, firewood, welding work"), and you can filter for trade-friendly sellers. Tap the Trade chip on a seller's page to start the conversation. - No sellers nearby yet? The app now finds the closest ones for you — see how far the nearest seller is, follow sellers worth watching, and invite someone who makes, bakes, or grows. - Follow a seller right from your receipt — the best moment to keep in touch. - Sellers who accept cards now show it on their profile page too.
