I use this membership for my work vehicle. My company card is charged for renewal. I’m required by company for a receipt. I have repeatedly ask for a receipt and No-one has been able to provide a receipt. Or assist in finding one. I have looked all through the app but have been unable to find a receipt function. I was also told by a representative of Tsunami that it would be Emailed to me. That has yet to happen. My email is linked correctly as I have received promotional emails.

My husband and I were both members of the take 5 car wash and when Tsunami took over they told us that we would be paying the same amount that we had with take 5. So in December we were going to cancel because we go to Florida and they told us to put it on hold and that way when we get back our rates would not go up and we would have the same package as before well that was not true we have a package that is not the same. We have two vehicles and on the second one it does not have the same package as it had before we left for Florida. Before we only paid $47 total for both vehicles and had the top wash package for both of them. Now the second vehicle has no wax or tire shine. If I want the top package for both of these vehicles it will cost me $87 which is too much. I guess your help doesn’t know what they are doing or telling people. Also I was informed today that the tire shine hasn’t been working so I’m paying for something that I’m not getting. Also I also questioned about the ceramic coating cause the light doesn’t come on and they told me the light doesn’t work but when I watched it it was not spraying. Your driveway is terrible with holes all over it and water lays in them. If these problems don’t get fixed I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you, Jackie Magee

I like the fact of being able to use this app while I am working on site, instead of the tablets that we have at our location, although, I would like to know why I am not able to look at my employees progress while I a not on my site, it will not allow me to access attendant mode when I am not on try location!? That being said, my coworkers who one of them is also an assistant manager is able to select and access the exact function I am not, and wondering how or what I do to be able to fully access my sites functions while not being on the site. Please help?!

Half the buttons on the app don’t work, which I found out when trying to cancel the membership. The price went up over 30 percent so I decided to cancel. The website says to use the app. Ok, fine. I had to close and open the app multiple times since the buttons to submit were grayed out. I finally get in… and my membership isn’t listed. It has my way wash history, but not my membership. Ok. Fine. The website says just hit the “migrate my membership” link. Which doesn’t work. My location is not even an option and it won’t let me select any of the others. So apparently I can’t cancel? Great marketing, I guess. If you’re looking for a car wash, I’d look for a different one
