Your symptoms, your baseline, your week. Forela learns what is normal for you and helps you bring a fuller picture to every appointment
You have been the one keeping track. The symptoms, the appointments, what one doctor said that the next one needs to know. Forela holds it in one place. Where most health apps were built for general wellness and adapted afterward, Forela was built for endometriosis: a condition that unfolds across years and across body systems.
What Forela does
Log what you feel: pain, fatigue, mood, sleep, menstrual patterns, flares.
Connect your wearables so sleep, cycle, and activity log themselves.
See your pattern over time, measured against your own baseline rather than an average.
Follow a daily plan across four main pillars: Meal, Move, Mental, and Sleep.
Adjust it to what is manageable this week. Swap it, edit it, scale it back.
Bring a fuller picture to whoever sees you next.
What it runs on
Forela reads what you log against clinical protocols built with Dr. Iris Kerin Orbuch, endometriosis specialist and excision surgeon, and Forela co-founder. The protocols draw on a team of clinical advisors who treat this condition for a living. Forela learns your baseline and stays with you as things change.

Forela supports you alongside your care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
As someone who has lived and experienced the run around in diagnosing Stage 4 Endometriosis and many other diseases and navigating surgeries, this app finally understands the whole complexity of what comprehensive care means and meets the patient where they are at. Things that might not even make sense to people who are not navigating a chronic illness that make a HUGE difference for the one living it - accountability, pain tracking, actionable ways to help every system in our body as everything is so connected. The way it knows my patterns as I use it more. I hope more people get to feel supported by it.
Fixed:
- Body check-in now works with VoiceOver and no longer records the wrong area
- Tapping the body records the area you actually touched — previously inaccurate where two areas meet, worst at the pelvis
- The figure no longer stays blank after switching away and back
- A failed body-pain save no longer looks successful — it could silently disable the red-flag safety check
- Crash reports no longer include your email — only an anonymous ID
- "No nuts" is now correctly read as an allergy, not as no allergies
- Naming one food now covers related foods too — "cheese" now also covers milk, butter, cream and whey
- Accented words like "maní" and "plátano" are now recognized
- Spanish allergy terms now work — "frutos secos," "lactosa," "mariscos," and others
- "Pan" no longer wrongly excludes recipes like One-Pan Roasted Vegetables
- Dairy allergies now correctly flag milkshakes, buttermilk, and cheesecake
- Almond butter, oat milk, and plant milk are no longer flagged as dairy, so those breakfasts are available again
- Unfinished recipes are no longer suggested when swapping an activity
Improved:
- Choose a body area from a list instead of tapping the figure — required for VoiceOver, and a fallback if the figure fails to load
- Added a new breakfast option so egg-and-nut allergies always have a safe choice
