HealthPost syncs new samples and sends a clean JSON payload to each enabled destination Sync can run from HealthKit background delivery, manual Sync Now, built-in periodic sync, or the Shortcuts “Sync Health Data” action. Background delivery works best with Background App Refresh enabled; force-quitting the app can prevent background launches until you open it again.
