Wayledger records your drives automatically and turns them into clean, accurate mileage reports — without an account, without servers, and without your location history ever leaving your iPhone.
• Automatic drive detection with route maps, using low-power monitoring while you're parked and GPS only while you drive
• Set your working hours and drives log themselves: Work during your hours, Personal otherwise — change any drive with one tap
• Your main screen shows only drives that still need a decision. Swipe right for Work, left for Personal
• Tracking check tells you at a glance whether your next drive will be recorded, and Wayledger points out drives it may have missed
• IRS business rates by date (including mid-year changes), or your own reimbursement rate
• Exact totals: every drive is valued to the cent, then summed
• PDF and CSV reports by month, year or custom range; email them from your own Mail app, or automate it with Shortcuts
• Ask in plain English — "work miles last month?" — and set rules like "trips to the gym are personal." Answered on your iPhone with exact totals
• Home and Lock Screen widgets, plus Siri, Spotlight and Shortcuts actions
• Privacy controls: optional street-address lookup, automatic deletion of old routes, Face ID lock, and password-encrypted backups
Wayledger estimates mileage value at the rate you choose; it doesn't provide tax advice.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. Wayledger runs GPS only while you're driving.
