Just subscribed Cant log in to iPad app. It tells me where to find account number but never goes back to sign in fields.

iTunes Subscription Lost

Update- I found a work around. Delete the app, then power cycle your device (just deleting won’t work, you have to power cycle). Re-install the app. Once you’ve re-installed, follow the directions in the app to restore your purchases (this worked on an iPad Pro 10.5 and an iPhone 7+, each in the exact same way). Because the app is still broken I won’t change my rating but maybe these steps will help someone else get back their purchased issues.Since the App updated to the new version I can’t access new or historical issues with a valid iTunes subscription. I’ve tried following the in-app instructions, deleting and re-installing, nothing works. I have ten months left and a lot of issues that should be available based on past subscriptions that aren’t there anymore. Please fix this.
