Did a mobile order, wasn’t ready when I went in, then they talked to me, I gave them my name and said mobile order, they were making a similar sandwich for in store, they asked if I wanted to go, (which was confusing because mobile orders always to go), then when I looked at order in car noticed missing an item, also sandwich wasn’t quite what I ordered, I went back in store and asked them for the item, then they asked if I had a mobile order, name, they had my order and handed to me, then blamed me! for taking the wrong order!, unbelievable, told me to say my name next time! (I did!), blamed me for taking wrong order!, I was standing in mobile order area and said my name and mobile order!, the guy wouldn’t even make eye contact but blamed me!, he should’ve checked order and name! Usually this location has done so good with mobile orders, not todayI don’t think I’ll return

Finally Corner Bakery has a rewards club integrated with their app. This was great start to customer engagement. The application has basic functionality for ordering and sometime rewards and discounts work. When you customize an item it could make wording more clear on confirming selections. There are numerous times that I have to wait to order at counter as the app does not honor discount codes even when in store. Fix this… the app should work like other restaurants allowing order from app versus counter - it is not like you have kiosks. It is now summer 2021 and new menu items are out. The app however can’t be used for those items. Overall it looks like Corner Bakery could improve service and reduce costs by investing in this app.

I ordered yesterday and picked up my online order. First I washed my hands and came back out to wait since I was a little early. As I stood there there were two males that work there on their phones with another that I’m not sure worked there or maybe he was off and there was a female down the line near the food packing area. Once one of the males was packing my order the female started having a coughing fit all over the packing area the men proceeded to act like this was normal. It disgusted me so much that I threw my whole order away. I did not speak with the manager because I assumed the other male was the manager and didn’t see the big deal with something like this. This is extremely disturbing to see what behaviors are acceptable in front of customers. I’d hate to imagine what goes on in the kitchen. I tried the customer service number on the website but it does not work so I emailed them. During these times I feel we should still be taking health serious and not treating sanitation as something to be easily disregarded.

Been a customer for years. Love the service and the food. I gave you 5 stars to support, but the app needs work. I usually pay at the store with Apple Pay but there doesn’t seem to be Apple Wallet option in the App (although the description says it does). You guys also need to integrate the rewards with the payment and Apple Wallet. As an example, Jimmy John’s has a simple great way of integrating these. Approach the counter, get the phone, pay and get the rewards in one simple Apple Pay transaction. It just works and I was expecting the same. Hope you guys make progress!
