With your subscription to Planning Center Check-Ins, your church administrators have access to three different kinds of stations through this app. - A MANNED station is run by a volunteer who manually checks each child in by name. - A SELF station is a device where regular attendees can quickly check in their children by themselves. - A ROSTER station is manned by a volunteer who checks children off of a class roster as they arrive at their classrooms. Check-Ins is an application designed to help you safely and quickly check kids or volunteers into classrooms and track attendance for any event.

Outstanding Product!

Planning Center Online products are the best in the business. I’ve now lead 3 organizations through an entire transition from other system to Planning Center Online. Organizations of different sizes. PCO is always updating their products and clearly communicating those changes as they happen.Customer service has always been great but I’ve rarely had the need to use because of how clear their online resources are. Sure, there are still issues that come up. But those are typically as a result of a setting that the user isn’t utilizing correctly or a misunderstanding of how the systems function. Great value and well worth the investment. Thanks for the excellent system, PCO.

PCO is always updating their products and clearly communicating those changes as they happen.Customer service has always been great but I’ve rarely had the need to use because of how clear their online resources are. Very easy to set up and use

It took me less than 5 minutes to turn my phone into a check in station. If you are using a printer with labels, you must have another station already set up (like a PC) that is directly connected to the printer. Then when setting the mobile app as a station choose for the label to print at the station connected to the printer. It worked perfectly with my first test.

Avoid 3.0!

All along this app has been a constant pain due to frequently losing connection to the recommended Brother 810 printers. Well…3.0 ramps that up to absolutely unusable. The three ipads we updated lose printer connection after just a couple of minutes, rendering them useless. So much for the major overhaul. I would love to go back to the previous version so we could at least get a good 5 or 10 minutes before an error, but of course that’s not an option. Instead we get to be embarrassed and frustrated by the checkin system three times a week.If you have the 810 printers i highly recommend avoiding version 3.0

Planning Center Check-Ins has been a great Check-Ins application for our kids ministry and church events. Very affordable, responsive, only thing is you need to have a solid internet connection. And their customer service and online trading and user grades are five-star-worthy!
