I’m not certified for certain drugs, so I cannot sign approval for them. But either I cannot or don’t know how to get rid of them. There is no “decline” option that I can find.So far the institution hasn’t been able to remove it. And the app repeatedly tells me I have documents to sign, when I do not.That’s a bug.

What a wonderful app, does so many things to save me time. EXCEPT, it crashes every single time I use it. I have to go back in and re-open it at least twice for every time I use it. I am using it on an iPad, perhaps it doesn’t get along with Apple as many apps do not. Sure hope they are working on this! otherwise this is a wonderful idea And fantastic timesaver, If only it did not crash every single time I use it.

I love this app to see my nursing home patients, but since new upgrade the log in doesn’t work more often than not. Very frustrating. Please upgrade to fix asap

NP LTC
I have been using the app for 2 years in LTC setting, initial glitches seem to have been improved but as of recently I get an error every time I try to write a narcotic script. It used to be time saving for me, now it’s just a hassle because I need to attempt 3-5 times, easier to head back to the office and use regular laptop.
