I booked my ticket to travel from Tempe to Tucson az and the pickup location that I was given was out by the free way at a bus stop however the bus did not show then after I called customer service they put me on hold for 20mins then told me that everyone was on the bus except for me, like i already know that because the pickup location given to me was incorrect, then they are telling me that the pickup was at some Tyler road beside the university and on top of they they refused to re-schedule my trip to the next bus and refused to do a refund. So basically they don’t care about their customers and they can rip you off without caring. This is why companies like uber is doing way much better than these ones. Because now I don’t trust grayhound enough to do another booking and I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. Customer service is poor and communication is unclear, they don’t care about anyone.
Worst bus service🚩💔 avoid

I bought the ticket because it was cheap and the best option for a nursing student; due to the price, I never knew their customer service was poor, drivers were not reliable, delays in timing, a waste of time and, a waste of strength, and drained me mentally and emotionally. I had to travel from Newark to Baltimore and wait for the bus to be there at 7:30; out of nowhere, the bus got delayed till 9:30. There was no apology email, which was fine; I stayed outside the Penn station to wait for the bus. Unfortunately, there was no bus at the time of the arrival as said. I called customer service and the best response they could give me was, “ I missed my bus.” I never left the bus station, and I had a witness standing with me who was going the same route. I didn’t get another bus until 10:30 and was brought to Baltimore late. There was no place to sleep, and I had to go straight to the hospital without showering while on my period because of the delay on the bus. I got out of my clinical early. I was requesting to get the early bus, and I needed a ticket change; the only option was to add $36 for me to get a change of ticket. I was waiting at the bus station to see if the early bus going to Newark, as said on the app or website, would arrive and if I could make the changes quickly. Unfortunately, there was no early bus, and I have been at the bus station for the past five hours. If you need your life and time, avoid this bus! Heartbreaking and disheartening, poor service 🚩💔
Wrong gate provided by staff and screen system

Booked a bus ride to Philadelphia that was supposed to leave at 12:01PM this past Friday. I got to the station at 11:30AM. I asked the help desk which gate the bus was leaving from and was instructed to wait at the wrong gate. My friend and I searched for the bus outside but saw all the doors were closed unaware that our bus was already loaded. We over hear someone looking for the same bus but was instructed to go to a different gate. Once we confirmed, we rushed to the correct gate and the bus took off right before our eyes. A MINUTE EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED. When we went to the help desk again they were unapologetic about providing the wrong instructions as well as cruel by insinuating that we would have a chance to get our money back by visiting a different help desk for a refund or voucher to a new bus. No refund was issued and the new help desk called the original one we spoke to confirm the story. It was ultimately a waste of time. They were condescending and made the situation seem like it was no big deal. We won’t be using these services again. Extremely poor experience and had to pay double the money for a new bus ticket loading at a different location as well as expense a cab to get there. I will be be disputing this for services not rendered
Horrible Syracuse company.
bellllllboooo
I can’t even give this place a one star they deserve 0. I paid over $100 dollars for a ride from NYC to Buffalo, the man checking tickets in NYC asked for my ticket and I told him I didn’t know how to get to the barcode, he understood and asked me for my last name and let me get on the bus. When the bus arrived to Syracuse, which is 2 hours away from buffalo we switched drivers and the new driver was completely rude I don’t know his name I just know he’s short African American with big eyes. He was being rude to everyone on the bus and came around checking tickets I didn’t explained to him exactly what I explained to the one in NYC I don’t know how to get to the barcode and he looked at me upset saying “ you’ve been on the bus for this long and don’t know how to get to the barcode?” In a tone that was rude so I said to him “ you’re the bus driver you should know where the barcode is can you help me find it “ he said Walks away from me saying I won’t be riding with him with my attitude. He comes back on the bus with security telling me to get off the bus and I refused. I was sitting on that bus for hours paid money for the ride. He called the cops and when before they even got there I felt bad for holding the bus up but I also was about to be thrown off the bus so I got off and asked the workers in the Syracuse building if anyone was going to get me another ride to buffalo and they all looked at me in silence as if they couldn’t help me. I ended up getting left in Syracuse with no transportation to buffalo. I will never ride greyhound again and I hope karma eats everyone of you up.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
