Love app, need to link it to frequent diner card
I love this app and the flexibility it gives me to order exactly what I want. And to be able to order early and have it ready when I get there. I just wish it was linked to my frequent diner card.
Garbage - credit card gets charged, but order doesn’t go to store
First time using the app and I was impressed with the ease of use until we went to the store to pick up the order and they told us the order didn’t come through. The email confirmation of the order took 20-25 minutes to arrive also, so all we had to confirm the order was a screenshot of the basic view of the order from the app. This didn’t have the “add this but don’t add that” parts of the order on it. The store tried to wing it, but obviously got all that part wrong, then they tried to make the person that came to pick up the order pay for it again, despite the fact that I had paid for it through the app (no fault of theirs, they didn’t receive the notification of payment either). Because of this, the app is useless until they sort out the problems with transmission of the order/payment.
No customer service skills.
I order from Kneaders a lot. They are usually prompt & friendly . But this location Not so much. I placed a mobile order to be ready at 8.45am I arrived at 8:50am. I Pulled up to the drive-up window & let them know I placed a mobile order. I gave my name on the order as I always do. The girl then proceeded to ask me what I ordered. So I had to pull it back up on my phone & read off my order to her. Then once I finally got my order I noticed they forgot the kids sugar cookie & the mint brownie. The girl at the window acted like I was putting her out of her way to just do her job.
