My son is (a couple of hours) away from home for a couple of days and forgot his inhaler and needed one. Dr Harris was so very helpful and went above and beyond to help him get a prescription for an inhaler to the pharmacy nearest to my son. The pharmacy was challenging (to say the least) and had less than an hour before closing. I had to reach back out a couple of times to Dr Harris for help with the prescription (due to the pharmacy having complications) and he was very kind, helpful and patient with us! Thank you for all of your help!! This coverage has been a true blessing to us more than once!

This app is amazing. I’ve spoken with Dr Susan Markel on 2 different occasions and she has greatly helped treating me/ diagnosing me and calling in necessary medications. She’s also helped me understand some of my preexisting medical conditions. Both times I’ve needed access to medical doctor she’s met with me within 1-2 minutes from opening the app in the very early morning. It has saved me from unnecessary trips to urgent care or worse not seeking medical help at all when it was needed. I would recommend this app and Dr. Markel to anyone.

Providers are available into the later evening hours, and the visits are done so quickly and efficiently. Providers are available into the later evening hours, and the visits are done so quickly and efficiently. Dr. Susan Markel was fabulous. I am a nurse and she knew this. She spoke to me like I was a patient. I appreciated that. My background did not dictate the way she took care of me. I didn’t feel rushed and she didn’t take forever to do her assessment. She addressed all of my needs and left the door open for further assessment if I need it.
