This newly rebranded app will allow you to view the details of your claims, and referral and authorizations including status, provider information, and associated dates. You can also view, print, share, and email your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and referral letters. In addition, you can view your eligibility, Primary Care Manager (PCM) information, cat cap, and deductible (where applicable), make payments, view payment history and find network providers.

Great App To Compliment Website

This is a great application. It works well, the user interface is intuitive, easy to navigate and matches what you’re used to seeing on the website. Works seamlessly with the DS Login system (which seems like a miracle based on every other DOD sponsored app.)App devs, if you’re reading these reviews, thanks for a job well done. I’ve tried a lot of DOD sponsored apps and 95% fail to meet the mark due to lack of integration with existing systems. Bravo!

Great App To Compliment Website

This is a great application. It works well, the user interface is intuitive, easy to navigate and matches what you’re used to seeing on the website. Works fine for me

iPhone 11 max, app works fine. Logged right in with existing DS Logon and was able to view all family except my spouse, just like using the browser on my PC. App is missing a lot of useful functionality and won’t be very useful, but it does what the description states. Two suggestions: 1) secure messaging and 2) Add an insurance card compatible with Apple Wallet. Even Express-Scripts has this and it really helps at most civilian pharmacies.

Overly difficult security poor UI

Disappointing and dangerous
Far too difficult to even log into this app. Between frequent requirements for password change, overly complicated password requirements, and the need to enter user/password and deal with multiple layers security as many as 3 times to even get to the app, not worth it. Additionally, UI is not convenient, intuitive, or effective. Much like the websites, when sorting providers by recommended, it shows neither the rating nor explains why recommended. Additionally, there is no option to review listed providers using a map to determine locality. Removed from phone after attempting to use on 2 different occasions with zero useful outcomes.

Good luck trying to find a covered dentist using phrases like “general dentist “ dentist or anything, because I pulled up none of them in the search browser, I actually had to call dentist’s in my area. Then came primary care, what a nightmare. The creative department for this app needs to add some more key phrases options for people looking to find a doctor for their specific needs instead of having to play a guessing game on what words to search in the app. Online is even worse. 23 years of military service and a veteran has to crack open an old school phone book for a doctor because the app for his insurance company is absolutely worthless.
