The inKind App takes the difficulty out of tracking credit spending and ensures that you get VIP treatment at your favorite local business. Within the app, you can check, redeem, and share credit on your VIP House Accounts bought from one of inKind's partner restaurants, bars, and other businesses.

REDEEM CREDIT
Leave your wallet at home and complete all your credit transactions on the inKind App. Your credit card can be linked to allow you to tip your server/bartender when they do an awesome job looking after you.

SHARE CREDIT
Treat your friends, family or a hard-working employee by sharing some of your credit with them. They will receive an email notification and can head straight into your business and enjoy the credit you have given them.

App continues to crash on me!

Tried many times and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but continues to crash on me. Waste of my time and I already have several hundred dollars in credit on the app for a local restaurant. Had to use my credit card even though I have already prefunded this house account for this restaurant. What’s the point of this app if it’s not going to work when It’s time to pay the bill?!

Excellent Customer Service Following App Outage

Updating my review...
A prompt response to my email to support with an apology and resolution following a crash to its servers has restored my trust in its service and I will attempt to use it again. There was also a training issue at the restaurant (server should have been able to manually charge the house account) which I’m told has been corrected.

This is incredibly frustrating, even when attached to WiFi the app doesn’t connect and continuously crashes. I can’t use the credit in the account and had to pay by credit card rendering the app useless.

Do not use this App, it is definitely the worst experience you can have!

I paid $1000 upfront to use this app, and this app never worked. The app got stuck on a screen OVER MONTHS, we had plenty of money in the account but kept stuck in screen when we need to process the payment. The customer support is unbelievable dishonest, they promised the issue can be fixed shortly but never get anything done. When I request a refund, they are trying to steal your full payment on account. It is very embarrassing to use this app and make you feel like fool when you paid everything upfront but the app never worked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND THE UPPER MANAGEMENT IN THIS COMPANY IS TRYING VERY HARD TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN THEIR POCKET AND WON’T CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AT ALL.

We apologize that you weren't satisfied with the partial refund we provided. As we discussed, the app was functional, as you were able to use nearly $500 in credit between the time you rejected a full refund at the beginning of November and when we granted the partial refund over this past weekend. This credit was used to purchase food and beverage to the restaurant you had a House Account for, which incurs a cost to the business. We understand that the payment process was not to your liking, and we are always working to improve the experience of using the app. We also appreciate you having worked with us and providing feedback, and apologize again that you were unsatisfied with the solution.
