I was on here earlier today to write this review but saw someone else already wrote about this problem and was told to reach out to customer support to fix it. The issue being that to register one of these products you need to scan the barcode on the box and also the receipt of purchase. Considering the product was given to me as a gift along with my Apple Watch I did not have the receipt and obviously my in-laws didn’t think it overly important to save the receipt of a $10 screen protector. So I reached out to customer service and their response was I should go to the store and get a receipt, when I said I couldn’t and if that made the warranty useless their exact response was, and I quote, “yes that is correct”. What is the point of telling people to reach out to customer service if their response is just going to be “Tough luck pal”? Absolutely ridiculous.
I haven’t had the liquid glass on my iPhone XS for long, and my screen hasn’t taken any hits yet, so I’m not sure just how good the product is. However, I have an issue with the registration aspect of this purchase. I bought this when I bought my phone, and was under the impression I’d be getting a receipt for the purchase via email. I never received it and I have no physical copy - so that is an issue in its own. However, in order to register the liquid glass and get the $100 dollars worth of repair money I paid for should my screen break, I need to upload a copy of the original receipt. So now I can’t complete the registration - seems like a silly requirement: uploading a picture of the receipt. Is having a PIN # not the same verification of a purchase? This is probably a less common issue, but figured I’d throw it out there.

I’ve gone through 3 different companies to find a waterproof case and screen protector for my iPhone, all of which haven’t last but a few months without a leak or the screen protector rising in the corners and not being able to seal again. I finally tried out my new liquipel products and it’s been almost a year now with no issues!!! Never needed to use my warranty or anything. By far the best product out there thank you guys for finally making a quality product. I recommend everyone to this company !!!
