App is 90% useless
Want to pay your bill? Great!
Want to see service details, plan options, or report an outage via. the app on your phone? Too bad. There is no details and nothing to do other than pay bills with this app. It shouldn’t be called “My Astound” but “pay Astound bills”

Basically Useless
The only function this app has is paying the bill. That should show you where the priorities of this business lie. Not to mention the false advertising on the preview images suggesting it shows service status. Every other ISP has an app that has been doing this for ages. It’s about time they catch up with all the other service providers or maybe I will.
This version of the app actually has LESS features than the one it replaced.

Doesnt Let you even open the app
I have been wanting to open this app, to like check my bills, make sure i paid it and anything else that is related to the internet. And since switching to Astound. The app no longer functions.
I can not open it. I have deleted and reinstalled it 5+ times with no results. The app automatically crashes as soon as i try to open it and nothing makes it work.
