Want to pay your bill? Great!
Want to see service details, plan options, or report an outage via. the app on your phone? Too bad. There is no details and nothing to do other than pay bills with this app. It shouldn’t be called “My Astound” but “pay Astound bills”

There’s so many reviews stating how useless this app is I won’t go into further details. I rather focus on Astounds response, instead of having Jackie copy paste the same answer over and over, why not work on making the app easier to use and add the tools people have asked for.
The reviews are pretty much all claiming the same thing. Jackie, there’s clearly difficulties for users to find all these tools, make them more accessible and easier for the users. Take a quick look at Spectrums app, which somehow is 1000% better than astounds. Even if the app is as great as you tell us, if the user can’t find the tools, it’s basically useless.
Cant wait for your response Jackie.
Basically Useless
The only function this app has is paying the bill. That should show you where the priorities of this business lie. Not to mention the false advertising on the preview images suggesting it shows service status. Every other ISP has an app that has been doing this for ages. It’s about time they catch up with all the other service providers or maybe I will.
This version of the app actually has LESS features than the one it replaced.
