The My NRG mobile app offers comprehensive energy management for our electricity and natural gas customers in the Northeast. Easily manage your account on the move by registering or logging in with your picknrg.com credentials. Our chat support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm EST, via the app.

• Locate your utility's contact details to report power outages
• Provide feedback to enhance your app experience

What’s New
Version 4.8.0
The app now features the capability to renew fixed-rate natural gas plans in a few steps. Additionally, the process for renewing electricity plans has been refined, among other updates, to improve the overall user experience of the app.

App works! Got a free Google Nest for downloading it. Intro pricing was good but goes back up after 12 months.

Useless
With the amount of emails, the app barely works. It was also stated that if you download the app you would receive a new thermostat to use with your NRG service. I deleted the app and I’m going to find a new supplier. Bye NRG
