My Energy My Way!
The My NRG app provides one-stop energy management to our electricity and natural gas customers in the northeast. After you receive your first utility bill with NRG listed as your supplier, you can register on the app.
Key Features:
• View, renew, or change your electricity and natural gas plans
• Add natural gas service (depending on service area)
• Monitor energy usage by month and year
• Track your NRG perks - travel points/miles (redeemable with our partners), charitable contributions, or cash back
• Register and add additional NRG service accounts
• Link your electric vehicle (Tesla, Jaguar I-Pace, Ford Mustang Mach-E), Nest Thermostat*, and Enphase Solar accounts
• View our FAQs or contact us through phone, chat, or email
• Find your utility contact information to report an outage
• Give us feedback to improve your experience

App works! Got a free Google Nest for downloading it. Intro pricing was good but goes back up after 12 months.

Useless
With the amount of emails, the app barely works. It was also stated that if you download the app you would receive a new thermostat to use with your NRG service. I deleted the app and I’m going to find a new supplier. Bye NRG
