I find it much easier to pay using the app to pay versus using 611 to pay for 2 phone numbers. Thank you, it’s great!
Dishonest Customer Service
I had service for almost ten months. Every time I used my hotspot, I received a message that I didn’t have a hotspot. I called my local service provider with whom I bought my account. They said I do have internet. I called customer service. They said they changed my account to include hotspot and would give me credit to my account. I trued to verify the credit amount. He wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor. I didn’t get a credit. It’s embarrassing to be at work in a meeting with my director and not have access to the internet. This directly affected my ability to complete my paperwork on time, this caused the loss of at least $200. I need a financial remedy to this situation.
Choose a different service provider if you can
I've had this number for 6 months and get spam calls multiple times a day 5 days a week for the person who had it before me. The service coverage is super terrible. Calls regularly drop and streaming music is agonizing even in full coverage areas. If it werent for wifi I wouldnt be able to use the internet.
If you are looking to switch to US Cellular, I recommend only doing so if you have no other option.
