The worst app on the App Store
I’m required to use this app to submit work orders, but it never works. It forgets my information every time (tells me that no account exists), won’t let me sign up—because when I do, it suddenly remembers that there IS an account under my email—and is impossible to use because of these issues.
This app is absolute garbage and is preventing me from getting timely work orders for repairs submitted. I hope rental management companies find an app that actually *works* if they’re going to require an app for work order requests because this one is the most broken, useless app I have ever been forced to download. If I could rate it negative stars, I would.

Stuck on a screen
After typing out details and uploading photos, I can’t get past the screen telling me to keep it in cool mode. (AC work order) I would never dream of posting a negative review over such a trivial thing and don’t mind reporting it, but the link to your website gives me no place to do that. Even your contacts don’t list app support. So here I am, communicating the only way I know how. I also wish the web based version didn’t automatically open the app. Guess I’ll tie up your phone lines…
