iOS: push notification badge doesn’t persist

Practically every time i get a push notification from this app on my iPhone, the notification badge disappears, which then causes me to have to locate the app on my phone, open it, and then possibly have to navigate to recent requests within the app in order to approve the push notification. I’m at the latest release. Super annoying!! Please fix!!

Occasional blank screen

Sometimes when I open the app to accept the login request, instead of the PIN screen, I get a blank white screen. I have to force close the app and reopen. Usually trying a second time lets me in, but sometimes it takes a few tries. I tried the App Support button here in the App Store, but it goes to a website that's apparently the support page for dozens of products, so after a few minutes of poking around for a place to submit a ticket, I gave up. I certainly haven't had a one star experience like some other reviewers, but it's occasionally glitchy and it's difficult to contact support.

Simply doesn’t work

After working well for about 18 monthh, this app stopped working about 1 year ago on my iPhone 8, now running iOS 15.1. The app tries to launch, there is a very brief flash, and then it disappears and cannot be found. The two factor authentication codes have no way of being received. I have deleted the app and re-download it from the App Store several times, but that has not fixed anything. This has been in the reviews for over a year, so I can only believe that the developers are no longer supporting this product. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to matter to my company, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I am only posting this review to help inform others who may experience this.

Just not worth it

Must use this specific authentication for work and it’s just not worth it. The push notifications don’t work which means you need to open the app wait for the log in be it pin or biometric then it’s still only a 50/50 if you have to log in again. Also the only authentication app that if you restore your device or upgrade it doesn’t work and you lock yourself out of your account until IT can get around to removing it at which point you have to uninstall the app and reinstall or you can’t register it again. Do yourself a favor and go with a better authentication app that actually works.
