App Update Review
11/7: Despite the supposed November update, I still have the same issue where I can’t see my prescriptions and opt for an easy refill. I can’t add prescriptions or view any past orders. The app is completely useless for me.
Original: The last update wiped out all my user information (from the online website as well) and there seems to be nothing to do to get it back. It looks to be an entirely new structure to the app which actually feels like a glitch! Unfortunately, the app is useless for me if I have to scan or key in a prescription each time I want to reorder rather than just choosing from a list of prescriptions that I consistently use. I’m SO disappointed that this was made a part of the update and I’ve opted to not use the app as a result of the new approach . I’m also considering going back to CVS for app ordering convenience.

When you click on the 'Patients' section of the app are you seeing your name displayed there but no prescriptions or are both sections blank advising you to add yourself as a patient? -Lilly
Publix pharmacy app is NO pleasure!
Publix pharmacy app is NO pleasure! Using this app [medical, no less!] is time consuming, NOT user friendly, it’s like going around your head to reach your nose. I use the SAME location each time, but when tapping NEXT, I’m taken to choosing a location, instead of the prescription I want to renew. I use the SAME location always. This is dumb and a time waster. The app should have SAME or always use this location and a button to click only if client wants to change locations. Selecting drug[s] to renew takes time to locate as they are not in alpha order. Recently, I am paying ZERO for prescriptions I know should have charges. That’s fine, but it makes no sense. If my insurance is paying for these, Then the app needs to say so. BOTTOM LINE: App needs improvement in MANY AREAS‼️My sixth graders can design a better app.
