To open the gates you have to take your iPhone, unlock it, open the app and do tap + swipe. Sometimes app does not opening so you have to close it and open again. It is very not convenient and safe while you driving in the car. Other similar apps have Apple Watch app to do it in one click and Apple Shortcut connection so I can just ask Siri to open the gates.
Please add an ability to use it via Shortcuts, it would make it way easier and safer. Thank you.

We've worked hard to enhance the app's stability, significantly reducing the chances of it not opening on the first try. This update should provide a smoother, more reliable experience.


You can now add your gates to a "shortcut favorites" within the app. This feature allows for quicker, easier access, so you can open your gates with fewer taps and less time spent on your screen.
Additionally, you have ability to open your gates using Siri. By setting up a simple text command, such as "Hey Siri, text gate open," you can operate your gates hands-free, making it much safer while driving. (note your admin would need to give you the permissions to activate this feature.)

This app super trash… this my first time in life writing a app review but I had to because this app is TRASHHHHHH…. 1.You have to open the app 2. You have to close or the app completely because it NEVER loads up (just a black screen)3. Refresh the app 4. Finally the app Home Screen loads up and your able to open your front gate but by this time the monsters and zombies have already caught up to you smh. 0 stars.

Based on your comments, we highly recommend checking if you are using the latest version of our app. We have recently released version 2.0, which includes significant improvements in stability among other enhancements.
Also we suggest you set a favorite gate using the ⭐ option in the gate, this is built for quicker access. If you want a hands free experience you can use the text feature, "hey siri, text gate open" this will trigger the gate (note your admin would need to enable this for you, but the feature is built in)

If you are on the old Summit control, stay there for as long as you can! They are “upgrade“ took away, major functionality, and the app is far less intuitive. To do anything useful, you have to go to a web browser.

Update: I’d like to add that broadcast calling also does not function after this “upgrade”.
