Description
The Thrive Hearing Control app works seamlessly with sensor-enabled hearing aids to give you complete control of your hearing. Change settings easily, adjust volume quickly, create customized memories, and stream music or phone calls with the touch of a button.
The Thrive app also gives you access to Healthable features like social engagement and activity tracking. You can set goals and your Engagement Score and Activity Score will track how close you are to meeting them daily. The Thrive app also offers information services like Thrive Assistant, Translate, Transcribe, and Self Check, which lets you check your hearing aid performance without an office visit.
And that’s just the beginning. Thrive also offers:

Industry-leading sound performance provides you with instantaneous adjustments for the most challenging listening situations.

Easily adjust your hearing aid volume and change between memories created by you or your hearing professional.

Ask questions about your hearing aids like, “how do I adjust volume?” or general questions like, “what’s the weather today?” and get quick answers.

This first-to-world feature helps you easily communicate with people who speak other languages.

You can use the Thrive app to share helpful information like physical activity, hearing aid usage and social engagement with people you select and who have the new Thrive Care app. This helps you maintain independence and provides peace of mind for the Thrive Care users you share with.

ACCESSORY CONTROL
Gives you easy control of hearing aid accessories.
The Thrive app works with sensor-enabled and MFi-certified hearing aids from Starkey, Audibel, NuEar, MicroTech and AGX® Hearing. These hearing aids must be purchased from a hearing professional. Fall Alert and Activity and Engagement tracking are only available with sensor-enabled hearing aids.

Can’t edit the Stream Boost
I get entirely too much background sound (the sssshhhh noise) when the app auto switches to stream boost. I have discussed the settings with my doctor bc the ssssshhh noise gives me a freaking headache. I use custom settings for everything else, but I can’t get it to stop auto switching to stream boost when I decide to have Bluetooth on and use the HAs as earbuds for music and gaming. In fact, I am hearing the stupid sssshhh noise as I type this! Why can I not edit the stream boost in the app????

You can toggle off the Stream Boost memory. The 3-line bottom right, Devices settings, Auto Streaming. Toggle off the option.
Still give this app a zero
The only thing I can use this app for is to mute out people/sounds that I don’t wish to hear. The location setting rarely ever works. The car setting hardly ever initiates when it supposed to. When these settings do take effect they don’t stay on. I’ve completely removed the app and reinstalled and still the same ole. When answering the phone the audio Never switches to my aids. Now after removing the app from my phone and resetting my phones network settings I can’t set any one of my custom settings to my home location. What a waste of time.
Update: it’s a freakin miracle… I’m now able to delete the geo tag from the Normal setting that BLARES in my ear every time I select it. I am now able to create custom settings called HOME. DONE!

The Edge Mode feature assesses the patient's current environment and once activated, makes smart, immediate adjustments to improve their listening experience. If the signal-to-noise ratio is negative Edge mode will select a comfortable setting. If the SNR is positive the feature will select the best response for your prescription. All you need to do is remember to turn it off when you exit that environment.
The goal is to give one total control over the hearing environments and the hearing devices. You have sound space, or you can use the equalizer to create custom memories. One can also set the app to basic and use the iPhone to monitor the health settings.
Steps and Activities Features Don’t Work
The steps and activities features don’t work at all or are widely off the mark with my actual daily activities. Sometimes the app won’t record for weeks at a time even though I’m very busy on a daily basis. The sound controls work well when I can use them.
