AirMobile 4+

Two of my numbers display as the same data value. I wish there was an internal method of transferring data between my SIM cards. I use a lot of SIM cards for devices so it’s a pity that I’m limited to seven of them and need to use other service providers for the rest of them. Otherwise pretty good app.

I am enjoying the network speed and reliability although I referred a friend to airmobile , my friend successfully registered and I received my 5gb free data , so I referred another friend and my friend successfully registered and I did not receive my 5gb free data. So when I call airmobile they say my friend must validate banking details , but my first friend never had to do this and I received my 5gb free data . So they changed the policy or something now I didn’t get my free data and when I call the customer helpline they insisted my friend need to validate banking details. Then when I asked to speak to supervisor they put me on hold indefinitely. So I am not sure how to resolve this. Disappointed customer .

I recently had a frustrating experience with Airmobile that has left me deeply disappointed and infuriated. As a regular practice in South Africa, I needed to top up my data, so I proceeded to load airtime, planning to use it to purchase data.

To my surprise, once I loaded the airtime, I was unable to buy data with it. Confused, I reached out to Airmobile's WhatsApp Support, where an agent informed me that it is not possible to buy data with airtime and that I should have bought data directly. This was a shocking revelation as I was completely unaware of this and there is no disclaimer on the app to inform customers about this significant issue.

I explained my situation to the agent, expressing my frustration and requesting a refund. However, I was told that a refund was not possible. Now, I am stuck with airtime that I do not need, and Airmobile has shown a complete disregard for treating customers fairly.

This lack of transparency and refusal to provide a solution is unacceptable. Airmobile needs to address this issue urgently and ensure customers are properly informed to prevent similar incidents in the future.
