Paying Bills
It’s good that the app has a feature to pay bills and electricity, however, the challenge I am having is that I can’t save the card details especially the card number. So whenever i have to make a transaction, i have to dial in the card number which takes forever
Still Broken & Unusable
Saw the new update released 1 week ago and thought the issues might have been addressed. That is not the case.
After a day or two of being signed in, all the items in the shop become “out of stock” and unavailable. You can’t purchase anything. You have to sign out and back in to get it showing stock again. Each time you try to place an order you get an error message (for both delivery and collection). You cannot place items from your lists into the cart for checkout either. Not to mention the navigation bar periodically disappearing. The only temporary fix is to delete the app and reinstall.
There are too many bugs to list here without writing an essay. This is without a doubt, one of the worst app launches I have seen in my time. I don’t have any faith that these issues can be rectified.
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
Took months for them to update the prescription section of the app which was then not usable for months. Now that it’s been updated I still can’t use it because it either makes me fill in my details over and over again or tells me that my validation is pending even though I’ve received a confirmation email stating my validation was successful. Besides that I also constantly have the same pop up notifications on my screen that I can’t opt to “not show again”. It’s to a point where I’m opting to go to a different pharmacy so I can actually use a usable app.
