Members on the following medical schemes will also have access to their scheme information: MMED, Naspers, LA Health, Tsogo, TFG, Quantum, Anglovaal, Retail Medical Scheme, UKZN, BMW, Malcor, Wits & SAB .
The application is available for anyone to download, but you have to be a Discovery member with at least one active Discovery product and must register on the Discovery website (www.discovery.co.za) before you can log in on the Discovery app. You will use the same username and password for the app as for the Discovery website.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This App reads / writes data from Apple’s Health App with your permission. Earn Vitality points for your workouts from the Health App.

Why can you not add the Samsung health app on the link an app page like you have done with Huawei app? By just saying that Apple and Samsung are competitors does not make sense as Huawei is a competitor with Apple as well and yet you managed to let one link the Huawei health app.
I have a Samsung Active 2 watch and cannot claim vitality points as I have an Apple IPhone XI device and I’m therefore not able to sync my workouts done on the Discovery app.
I would appreciate it if your app developers can attend to this and ensure one can either link the Samsung health app even when using an Apple device.

Worst App Ever!!!
Completely not user friendly. There is just way too much information on the user app than we need. The app is great for people who do not have any Discovery products because the app has lots of information about Discovery products & benefits, which is useless to me who has Discovery products. Please please please please separate the website information from the user app. It is extremely frustrating for me to try and find the game board to play it, only to be bombarded with information on how the game board works.
Please stop chopping and changing my health goals when you feel like it. I don’t always have time to go on the app and check my progress. It’s extremely painful to plan my work out week based on my goals, only to find that my goals have been increased when I do manage to log in. If my health goals are 900 points a week, that works to 3-4 workouts a week, that is what I can manage. I must change it, not Discovery. If I did better than what I have planned, then great

Discovery app dont sync with Fibit
I’m struggling with the discovery app to stnc my activities on my Fitbit app for the past week. I’ve removed the access from my fitbit app, I’ve deleted the discovery app, i’ve reinstalled the app again i tried to delink my fitbit device, but it keeps saying link it doesn’t delink the app. I’ve phoned today and talk to some one at the vitality side, they also said the above to be done and still no luck to delink the fitbit device in order to link again to give access from my fitbit app to discovery. Its been a week now and still no activities have been sync and I’m losing all my vitality points so far as nothing appears on the app.
