I’ve been trying to get help from Mama Money since Wednesday regarding a failed transaction and missing refund. Despite several attempts to contact support, I’ve received no response and no resolution. It’s now been days, and I still haven’t received the reversed money. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially during a time when I urgently need the funds. It’s disappointing to feel ignored by a service I trusted. I’m hoping this review gets someone’s attention and that the issue will finally be resolved. Please contact me immediately and sort this out. This is not acceptable.

Amazing experience with mama money! So much cheaper than any of the banks!They currently don’t have an ‘upgrade account’ button on the IOS app it seems. But their WhatsApp support is so good that they just upgraded me over the phone. They are also a bank approved beneficiary so it feels so seamless and legitimate to fund them.The money also arrived in the UK in under an hour. So happy to see an app like this offered locally 💯
