Poorly designed
Works ok for policy data but help@out doesn’t work properly
On iPad can’t add members on iPhone can add members but only one of 2 invitees received the invitation
Phoned the call centre multiple times switched my phone on and off, recipients phone, removed spam filter on sms, loaded the app again etc.
still not working - awaiting call back from the app developer for a few days
SmartDrive not syncing/updating?
Mid-December when syncing my driving behaviour I got a message saying that I hadnt sync’ed often enough in the last two weeks and that my discount may be forfeites because of this. To be fair, I had been especially busy and I hadn’t remembered to sync as often. I immediately changed this habit and have been syncing multiple times a day since then, even on days I haven’t driven anywhere. More than a month later though, this message is still showing on my app and my driving scores have not changed at all to reflect my driving behaviour (not even by a %!). I dont want to loose my discount because of a faulty app, please look into this issue ASAP, as I have no other use for the app besides insure I get my discount.

Worst app ever
You don’t have a star rating that warrants this app. Should be minus 5. You login into the app and select always on. Low and behold before you know it you are disconnected. You try to log in again and as soon as you do you get blank screen. Had to delete the app 4 times today and reinstall it. What a waste of time money and data. I registered for discount according to my driving. Well I get the message they can’t find my location. I then go to settings and select always on AGAIN and then it connects to the app for a short while. Please improve this app and make it more user friendly because at this rate I will NEVER qualify for any discount!!!
