PUDO 17+

The two major things I noticed while filling in information required for a locker to locker delivery was the constant annoyance of the keyboard covering the input fields and the best of them is you go through the entire process of filling in information, names, numbers etc just to get an alert saying you don’t have credit and have to go all the way back just to load credit and redo the whole process.

This app does what it needs to do but don’t assume you’re going to have a good time.

This is sooo frustrating, been trying to use the App for a week now as it is convenient for me to fldrop by the locker. I cannot login to the App no reason indicated or whatsoever. Can someone explain to me if the App will ever be fixed

Another frustration is the limited additional address they loaded on the App and when one puts the correct address that correct address would appear as it does not exist.

Can PUDO ensure that when the information was loaded before one is able to just recall that by typing less and information must come up … Every-time when one loads the info must always type.. let your app work smart.

As a first time user, both the app as well as platform should be easy to use …, with some issues trying to book a locker (unsuccessful) i drove to the closest The Courier Guy, and explained my issue. The agent argued i am wrong, until the agent offered to log in on my acc, and see for himself. I was then told to contact PUDO support, which i did, and so I also contacted The Courier Guy support. SUPPORT is a SNAIL’s RACE, dont have an idea how to answer to some issues, and apparently cant escalate to another department/management. As a client you are stuck with “support” going absolutely nowhere, as an only solution/option.
