Simply effective

During lockdown I had to reassess my espresso bar overheads and the expensive monthly license for my POS software became a burden. I had avoided using the Yoco app because a sale could not be saved. After releasing an updated version this feature was included & works well.
My significant gripe not yet addressed in Yoco for the restaurant industry is the ability to print kitchen dockets & it only prints a receipt & only using a specific printer brand. For some reason Yoco does not support the common Bluetooth docket printers by Epson, a huge frustration that should be addressed.

Great but can’t discount separate items only the bulk basket

When trying to discount a separate item in the cart it shows the option but when I click on it it does nothing and is quite annoying as I have to manually do it in front if my costumer would really appreciate it if that could get fixed
Other than that works like a dream

Hi Smithers, thanks for your rating and review. Kindly follow these steps on how to discount each item.After selecting the products kindly go to your cart you will see a button with three dots next to the product. When you click on that button you'll see three options appear on the screen (Discount, Note, Remove).When you select the option discount it will then allow you to add discount to that specific product you've selected.

App problems

Good morning. To whom it may concern .. I have escalated a problem with the Yoco Support on three different occasions since last week, regarding my Yoco App on my IPhone, despite deleting and downloading another Yoco App the problem remains, the app opens then closes, making it impossible for me to use the Yoco machine and is causing a major inconvenience for my business and clients, I would appreciate it it the matter can be addressed swiftly. I have received a reference number from Yoco support which I used in earlier emails, however I have not received any response it’s very frustrating indeed ..
