My favorite App

I love using this App. Makes life much easier.

The area of improvement I would suggest is the pdf transaction receipt. When transferring to another account through the app, a receipt can be shared and downloaded when transaction is completed. However, I’m unable to retrieve the pdf receipt afterwards from the app if didn’t do it at the time of transaction. I hope this feature be included in the app.

Another thing that would be great is to enable obtaining IBAN certificate pdf version through the app. That would really help a lot.

Worthless time killing waste app

Worthless app . Horrible experience to open an account through this app .. trying for past 2 weeks .. it will neither scan the documents , if scanned then error in picking up signature & if by chance picked up signature then taking a selfie is such a big task .. it says something went wrong but what actually went wrong is not being described . It doesnot even give time for anything just says failure something went wrong . When i called customer care they said they cant help . Then why is the customer care there sitting . Keeping such a waste app without any updation or proper validation . There are so many other bank apps where we can do things in just a go but here almost multiple times we are trying & its not happening .. having such a waste app to a renowned bank is literally saddening … i would have given zero star for this .

My app isn’t working

My app isn’t working and i cant move my money I deleted it multiple times and closed my phone too. This has happened to me multiple times and it has put me in very difficult and shameful situations and on top of that i tried contacting them through whats app but i don't get a message back and if i do i get it 10-20 mins late and it’s duplicated 5 times. This has got to be the worst experience i’ve had with any bank especially because its not the first time this has happened multiple times around 5-6 times which is awful. After today i'm sure i’ll be switching to another bank because this is unacceptable, the amount of uncomfortable situations i was put into because of this bank is too much. I hope you read this and fix the issue for future customers, as for me i'm done.
