Saving account pictures issue + naming account

The app is helpful but some gaps. I have several accounts however the only way is to differentiate between them is by the account profile picture where I tried to save some related pictures to my account but the app doesn’t save if I open the app again!! This major issue for me. Plus, I need to have the ability to name my account where you doesn’t provide this feature.

I’ve been using the app for so long and I had the best banking experience ever. Thank you for your efforts and continuous improvements.

These days unfortunately I am facing a problem. When I open the app it’s not working and collapse! I need to use the app urgently and it’s my only way to finish my work as I’m outside UAE now.

Transactions are not in order and always delayed

It’s almost perfect but it lacks the ability of tracking and recording transactions on time. Transactions are always delayed and on many occasions not shown on ADIB Application which in turn causes a lot of confusion to the client’s side. Such transactions must be recorded and instantly messaged back to the client’s app in order for him or her to keep track off. I still don’t have the slightest idea who’s responsibility it is, but I would assume it’s the ADIB TEAM with Etisalat Mobile Network combined. This issue MUST BE ADDRESSED ASAP.
