Wrong Bank Destination

I have made my very first online bank transfer using the mobile app under the direct remit services. After I made the transaction, I received a congratulatory note for successful transaction to which I checked the details e.g. beneficiary name, account no. and Bank Name which were all correct and it mentions I will receive further final confirmation through email for successful transfer. When I finally received an email, the Recepient Bank Name mention in the Transfer e-advice is wrong and different. Im am very disappointed since this has caused the money not being received by the correct recipient bank, ultimately to my family. Now, I have sought the help of a bank agent and have informed me that the issue may get resolved in 5 days which is quite long considering the money is urgently required. This a very big inconvenience and I hope this will not happen again.

The worst App and the worst banking experience

Beware of opening a bank account or get yourself enrolled with them.
I stopped banking with them in less than two months , i have sent them multiple emails to give them feedback and called many many times and even made a complaint and never ever got response (except automated non personal and not helpful messages). Eva does not work and you will hate yourself every time you think about making the call ( i am very much hands-on on technology) but this is not a technology , it is a true waste of time that is not working, don’t trust me , ask anyone 🙃.
I left them in less than 2 months , nothing really works , not online , not mobile app , you will need a mentor to use their app , i spent hours trying to get a statement , basic things cannot be done. Now notice this , they will reply with an automated message of Thank you for your feedback and working hard to get it done loool , they take no actions even if you make a complain ( which i did and they never called back , they gave my number to a salesman to sell me credit card instead - hi Sir , are u looking for a credit card ? - , very very happy to leave them , my worst banking experience ever , Just beware and think twice , many options are there and u can open with a click of a button

This App is not synced with the physical bank system

I updated my home address through Emirates NBD app for Authenticated account statement for Address proof( it’s done after complete verification by smart pass and smart token) . In the App it’s updated but when I went to Al qusais branch in Damascus street the lady(Arabic National )in the customer care sectioned printed with my office address even I told her before placing my request that my Home address should be printed on the statement. She is least bothered to hear what the customers are saying to her and thinking to rap it up and go home. When i pointed out her that she printed with office address instead of my home address. She is saying whatever in the system I printed. She is blaming the system only and she is not accepting her mistake. There is the difference between human brain and machine brain. But in this branch I didn’t find any difference . I had to waste my time and money to resolve this thing with the manager. I am gonna end all my relationship with this bank soon . My advice to everyone think twice before starting any relationship with this bank. Think twice. There are other good banks are available in the UAE with dedicated employees.
