Debit card transfer Fees increased

Not a satisfied customer. I have been using their service for so long but now a lot has changed. At first they were charging a fixed 15 aed as transfer fee when you chose to pay with your debit/credit card, they even offered a pay at branch option. But they have withdrawn this option and they increased the transfer fee when you chose to pay with your card, which is not a great thing to do.

Unreliable App - Trust the bad reviews

I should have trusted the bad reviews about this app and I could have avoided being victimized.
I have tried to use this app for the first time on 26 Nov and guess what.. the transaction I have made was successfully done and just to find out that after 10 days that my transaction was cancelled. No details or whatsoever even the customer service I have spoken to have no idea why it was cancelled. Emailed both the Fardan exchange and Western Union customer service and have not received any update when will I received my money back which was deducted successfully from my account. It’s scary to think that the money you’ve sent goes missing without any information. 1-3 days promised to the users of this app is a lie and should be fixed. Stop wasting people time if you can’t provide a good service. Here hoping I will get my money back!!!! 0 star for this app!

Wierd company, unnecessary hassles

This is a wierd company. I had sent an amount to my account in india. First time i did that no problem- transferred instantly. Next month when i again tried, my god - horrible experience. They stopped the transfer for god knows what reason. No email or message from WU for error or request for additional documents. I had to contact them myself multiple times to ask why the transfer has been put on hold. Later on they send an email that they need additional documents. This is amazing- first time they had no issues but second time suddenly they realise they need docs. I had to urgently send documents and this has caused grave problems to me. Probably will avoid using WU in future.
