I have been using SmartCare app for a while and must admit that the new version is a huge improvement. Everything feels much faster and the overall experience is so much better. Great job in making the app more friendly.

App closing unexpectedly and incorrect focus

When I want to read a response on claim and I tap on the response, the app closes. Also, when I eventually manage to get into the response, I can see what I am typing. The focus of where I an typing sits behind the keyboard. It does not move above it.

The app doesn’t work at all. Signing up is easy but everything else in the app doesn’t work. I can’t find doctors, clinics, hospitals to visit as it’s stuck on “loading” for 5 minutes until an error bubble pops up saying “no data found”. I tried getting logging in through the website on my laptop and that didn’t work either. How am I supposed to find the network list??? Please hire a better tech team, this is embarrassing

Can’t register by Emirates ID no. Can’t register by membership card no. Everything is invalid. Everything is incorrect. Email not recognized. Basically impossible to login. Even though 3 years ago it worked. That’s why i have a password! At some point, many years ago it worked! Not anymore! It is incredibly frustrating. How come email is not recognized since i have a password that i’ve used for years…. I don’t know.
