Very worst, One sales agent was behind me for long and after lot of request I have applied card online. But before getting the card and activating it. Some additional charges are showing in account. When i informed sales guy. He told he will email his team and they will refund it. But monthly additional charges are adding up and whenever we call it will take long hours to connect and if its connected they will say server down and call later.They are trying to earn money by cheating customers. After some time they will forward it to collection agents. Every month new persons will call us and will check why we are not paying when we inform the things they will say okay let them check with company and after that they will vanish. The next month another guy will call and will inform same thing.Once they told just pay 500 aed and they will close accountI told him i don’t trust you guys so just sent email mentioning all details. He said he will sent straight away but till now i didn’t received any email. I don’t know how they are able to survive especially country like UAE by doing such fraud things.They will give lot of false commitments. Dont fall for it.If you see AAFAQ move away from it. Its my personal experience. I wont give reviews mostly. But i dont want more people’s to get cheated by them.

Unfortunately, my experience with this application has been very disappointing. The interface is unclear, difficult to navigate, and far from user-friendly. Basic features are not straightforward, which makes using the app frustrating and time-consuming.What made the experience worse is the extremely poor customer service. Whether I contact them by email or phone, the response time is unusually long and not acceptable for any professional service provider. Even when they do respond, the communication lacks professionalism, clarity, and the ability to provide real support or solutions.Overall, the service quality is far below expectations, and I genuinely hope the team takes serious steps to improve both the app’s usability and the standard of customer support

There is a lack of clear and helpful responses, and the customer service team does not provide adequate technical support or demonstrate sufficient knowledge to properly address customers’ inquiries.Even when I send emails to customer service, I often receive automated responses instead of a proper explanation or solution. This gives the impression that customer concerns are being ignored rather than properly addressed.I strongly recommend improving the quality of customer support, providing clear and knowledgeable responses, and ensuring that customer complaints and inquiries are handled by staff who can understand the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Bad company no one responds
I had very worst experience with afaq. After the pay bill they will call or sent email manu time to pay the bill otherwise will take action. And not only this they call to my family in my home country also, i don’t know how they get my family number they hacked my phone or what i don’t know. One of manager of afaq islamic his name is MUBARAK KHAN. Once i pay my bill i sent many time email to him sir check i already paid but again and again they asking to pay bill i complained also many time but ko one response. Very worst service
