New Interface and Navigation
The new application, with its updated navigation and design elements, may initially appear confusing to users. The changes in the layout and functionality can take some time to get accustomed to. However, after using the app a few times, it becomes more intuitive and user-friendly. I believe these modifications ultimately contribute to a more efficient and secure user experience in the long run as added the smart pass.

Terrible customer support and extremely difficult to close account
I opened an account to get their cash back credit card. I completed the process for the credit card after some struggle, but there was no feedback about the credit card. Ok no problem glitches happen and it’s a new app, so I decide to go to support for help and here the nightmare begins. On both their app chat and WhatsApp support they take forever to respond so it’s impossible to talk to them in real time. WhatsApp took them an hour to reply! And all they tell me is to delete the app and try again. Customer support should be the top priority for a digital bank but my experience was terrible. Ok I couldn’t get help so I decide to close my account. I couldn’t find how to do it so I contacted support. The app chat gives me a link to close my account that I cannot click! WhatsApp support told me to go to settings >help center>close account. Guess what? There’s no help center under “profile and settings.” I went to their search function that is supposed to cover all their services and the “close account” service is not on it. I still don’t know how to close my account. On top of all this, I expected to pay a 52 dhs closure fee for an account I was never able to use.
