Very worst, One sales agent was behind me for long and after lot of request I have applied card online. But before getting the card and activating it. Some additional charges are showing in account. When i informed sales guy. He told he will email his team and they will refund it. But monthly additional charges are adding up and whenever we call it will take long hours to connect and if its connected they will say server down and call later.They are trying to earn money by cheating customers. After some time they will forward it to collection agents. Every month new persons will call us and will check why we are not paying when we inform the things they will say okay let them check with company and after that they will vanish. The next month another guy will call and will inform same thing.Once they told just pay 500 aed and they will close accountI told him i don’t trust you guys so just sent email mentioning all details. He said he will sent straight away but till now i didn’t received any email. I don’t know how they are able to survive especially country like UAE by doing such fraud things.They will give lot of false commitments. Dont fall for it.If you see AAFAQ move away from it. Its my personal experience. I wont give reviews mostly. But i dont want more people’s to get cheated by them.

I had very worst experience with afaq. After the pay bill they will call or sent email manu time to pay the bill otherwise will take action. And not only this they call to my family in my home country also, i don’t know how they get my family number they hacked my phone or what i don’t know. One of manager of afaq islamic his name is MUBARAK KHAN. Once i pay my bill i sent many time email to him sir check i already paid but again and again they asking to pay bill i complained also many time but ko one response. Very worst service

I had the worst experience ever with aafaqthey called me a lot to active my credit card, when i activated my card i received a lot of transaction and amount deducted from my bank account and all of them not related to me.i raised a complain and they informed that they have the same issue for almost of the customer " i waited 1+ hour in the IVR to reach to the one of the call center agent " im waiting now more than 4 month for the refund the amounts without any response.they told me to pay my monthly statement and i paid it and until now there is no refund and i visit the there branch twice without any action. They card not supported apple pay as well. They application not working with me thats why i wrote the hall story and i went here to check if there is any update.They dont want to close my account until they make the refund !!! Kindly be carful.

I received my Card last week, after activating the card a fraud transaction was declined. I called the customer service and they informed me that someone has entered the card expiry date for wrong. The card was blocked and still blocked, yesterday night another fraud transaction was declined as well. And no answer from the customer service team. I logged in to the UAE Central Bank website to fill a complaint but couldn’t find any information related to AAFAQ Islamic Finance!!!
