I had the worst experience ever with aafaq
they called me a lot to active my credit card, when i activated my card i received a lot of transaction and amount deducted from my bank account and all of them not related to me.
i raised a complain and they informed that they have the same issue for almost of the customer " i waited 1+ hour in the IVR to reach to the one of the call center agent " im waiting now more than 4 month for the refund the amounts without any response.
they told me to pay my monthly statement and i paid it and until now there is no refund and i visit the there branch twice without any action.
They card not supported apple pay as well.
They application not working with me thats why i wrote the hall story and i went here to check if there is any update.
They dont want to close my account until they make the refund !!!

One agent call me and offering aafaq islamic credit card free for life and also told all benefits with proper details about frqud transaction he already told that when i activate my card I recieved some fraud transactions but it didn’t happen it will decline. And same happen that what he said. No any amount has deduct hacker try to hack all credit card but aafaq islamic security is Very much strong . If frqud transaction is decline understand that your card security is strong .

I received my Card last week, after activating the card a fraud transaction was declined. I called the customer service and they informed me that someone has entered the card expiry date for wrong. The card was blocked and still blocked, yesterday night another fraud transaction was declined as well. And no answer from the customer service team. I logged in to the UAE Central Bank website to fill a complaint but couldn’t find any information related to AAFAQ Islamic Finance!!!
